A: For non-support violations, you can seek court enforcement of the perm. orders. If these are not followed, contempt charges are a possibility.

For support-related problems (i.e. not paying, paying late or partial payment) you have various options. These range from transferring payment to the state (the state requires a fee, but Family Support Registry can collect in ways that a private party cannot) to garnishment to support judgments (this includes 8% to 12% interest) to contempt.

If non-compliance becomes a problem, you may want to contact a family law attorney to help assess which option is best for you.

A: Way more information is needed to effectively answer your question. Is he violating visitation orders? Is he violating decision-making orders? Is he violating child support orders? If you can repost your question with more detail you should be able to get a more thorough, concise answer. There are many ways to deal with violations of court orders and the best path depends on the specific violation.
