Q: Shipping used underwear?
Hello, I have been interested in the used panty business I want to do this legally (shipping them) I do not want to violate any laws and go to jail,prison or be fine so I would like to mark the shipment with a hazmat label as I'm seeing online that this would be legal if I did do this my question is would this be ok and perfectly legal? I want to make sure before I go ahead and do this. Also, another question I have is if I wore the underwear and then WASHED them and sprayed perfume on them and then sent them out to the customer would that be legal and would I face any legal trouble for this? Thanks so much for your time.
A: In the off-chance that this is not a joke, I doubt that dirty underwear is regarded as HAZMAT (hazardous material). Check with the post office or other carrier (FedEx, UPS, etc.) to be sure.
