Q: Son wants to control my all my money is this elderly Financial abuse?
I bought and paid for my house with cash I tried to get an equity loan on my house since I have no credit and my son has credit he was put on the deed to my house which my son is still on to this current date. There is no power of attorney. I'm trying to sell my house but my son want all the proceeds from my house to go into his account only. He wants to control the money is what my son said to me. .Is this financial elderly abuse?
