Phoenix, AZ asked in Family Law and Child Custody for Arizona

Q: What form do i use to file a "RESPONSE" for "PETITION TO ESTABLISH THIRD PARTY RIGHTS.

The problem i also am having is they added on to a previous court paternity case so i am stated as the petitioner and then the defendant is the father who has nothing to do with this and then under his name they're names are stated with third party interveners under it. So any form to RESPOND iv'e found all have places to fill in mothers and fathers info only. Also i only have two more days to respond. Please can anyone HELP ME with this out. Thank you for your time.

A: You can use the forms you have found, you need to add the additional parties. I would recommend hiring an attorney to assist you. If funds are an issue, you can try this low-cost firm. http://asualumnilawgroup.org/
