Q: I got a 1st offense ticket of driving on a suspended license the charge was dismissed with court supervision 2years ago

Now I got a ticket for driving on a suspended license and the DA saying it's a 2nd offense can they charge me for a 2nd offense even though the first offense ticket was dismissed
