San Jose, CA asked in Contracts, Employment Law, Business Law and Employment Discrimination for California

Q: w/4 exact scenarios can commissions be provided to who operations feels like givinig it to? my territory but given away.

i have deals that are in my territory as defined by the territory management. if we are selling to a school and they are under 1000 employees, i get the deal. if they INCLUDE students and it then goes above 1000, it goes to field. well the field can see it is only 400 employees and says they want to include their students, 9BUT THEY NEVER DO) so the deal comes in at 400. but then they still keep it? Yet if i have one for 400 and at the end of the proces they decide to include students, i have to give it up. either way i lose if they add them and even if they dont. all the field does then is say they are adding students. all 4 instances are exactly the same and all 4 were in my territory by employee count(our number one rule) yet on 1, they gave me credit AS well as the FIELD and the others they gave just to the field and not me. this unpredictable manner of decision making and ultimate restitution of getting paid on 1 thats exactly the same as the others seems very biased
