Q: is there a way to sue or put pressure on a car repair shop?

they been telling me that my car is ready to pick up twice and both times they have called me to let me know that the car still not ready and i need to wait longer is been over a month that my car been there and I've asked to talked to a manager and they been denying me to speak to them that they aren't available or that they're not at the shop.

A: If they are violating the agreement they made with you, you could sue in small claims. Talk to an attorney to find out the type of relief to ask for.
