Q: I live in North Carolina I want custody of my daughter which lives in New York Orange County what do I do

She lives in a 1 bedroom small apartment with her mom and dad and two out-of-control teenage girls she doesn't have anything to make a good home for my daughter I have my own place my own job I'm retired captain of the fire department in New York my daughter was born in North Carolina I want my daughter home With me she smokes marijuana with her teenage daughters and drinks liquor with them I want custody of my daughter she's out of control and now she's moving a new boyfriend in to her mom's house one bedroom apartment he's violent and no good and acts like he's in a gang his name is Jose is her brothers supplier I want my daughter and her mom and then sells narcotics pills and brother sells marijuana what do I do
