Nashville, TN asked in Family Law and Child Custody for Tennessee

Q: What does this mean?

"If the grandparents visitation schedule conflicts with current holiday schedule set forth in the existing parenting plan, the parenting plan holiday schedule will supersede the grandparent visitation and grandparent visitation will be made up the following weekend after the holiday"... direct quote from signed court papers. My father has visitation rights with my 2 kids. My parenting plan is 50/50 and I get father's day starting 6pm the night before to 6pm on father's day. I look at this paperwork and assume the grandparent visitation will be the following weekend but my father is arguing saying no he gets them still from Friday 6pm to Saturday 6pm when my father's day time starts instead of his usual Friday 6pm to 10am Sunday.
