Q: Is there any cases in California where the judge awards custody of a minor back to non custodial parent?
Looking for custody cases in state of California where the non custodial parent gain custody back of minor children. Custodial parent in my case is serving 4 yr sentence and his mother been claiming to have full custody. She's been lying to my kids, the school's, law enforcement.. although I believe there may have been something notarized and it's something about "Plan" and it was for 2 yrs. That has expired and was never filed through the court. Going to court soon and need some reference cases to refer to.
