Q: Re enter to the United States after deported

How to return back to the United states with out no problem after being deported 2 times and one of them for re entire and was not found guilty in a federal court advice do you give me

A: I agree. You may commit a Federal crime if you illegally re-enter without the approval of advanced permission to re-apply. Yet, it's unclear whether you must prove ten years outside the U.S., among other facts, during the ten year wait before you apply for such relief. Good luck.
