Q: My son Fathers doesn't hold a job and his wife supports him 100% should she be ordered to pay his support

She Is the head of there household and makes the money he owes back pay and more if there married she she have to help

A: Since the child is his obligation, his wife can't be ordered to pay the support for him. However, if they are married and don't have a prenuptual agreement, her income is community property. That means that up to 50% of her income can be garnished to pay for his back child support obligation.
