Q: Lose child support for losing job? (Custodial parent)
I recently lost my job and have been looking for another one. I have custody of my child throughout the week. The father only has custody every othet weekend. Him and his mother found out I lost my job and are claiming if I don't get a job within 24 hours, they are saying they wont have to pay child support and will get full custody of my child. Are they serious, or are they just full of it?
