Q: My son has been living with me for the past 2 years. But his mom hasent pick him up for any over nights since.

I still pay child support for his sister she lives with her. Can i get my child support reduce because he lives full time with me? Court orders say his mom should have him every other weekend.

A: More information is needed to answer your question. Presuming there is one calculation for both kids, the answer is maybe. In theory, two worksheets could be/should be done. One with you paying her and one with her paying you, then offsetting those.

A: You may be entitled to a re-calculation of support based on a child living primarily with each of you. The amount will depend on your respective incomes and child related expenses, such as day-care and health insurance. This may or may not result in a reduction.
