Q: Ex boyfriend refuses to do DNA test and show up for court for child support ?
He denies the baby that I'm pregnant with is his but he was the only guy I was with and slept with.. we actually had the baby planned out she wasn't any accident. He was trying to get me pregnant for awhile and it finally happened. Now we're not together anymore he denies that its his and had told him I was going to take him to court for DNA test so I don't have to hear it from him anymore and child support as well and he then tells me he won't show up to court, he's not taking a DNA test and that he's moving out of state.. what's going to happen and what can I do?!
