Q: What do i do don't want to lose my kids.
I moved to oregon in Feb and am now dealing with a cps case. While trial in oregon for kids was going . A old charge was filed on me in California my old hometown santa clara county a felony. I quickly went and bailed out and have been going back and fourth to court. What do I do i am close to reunification with my kids. But this felony charge is holding them. Also my original charges where not felony but when filed it is a felony
