Bakersfield, CA asked in Child Custody for California

Q: granted custody in establish paternity ex parte by other party. Failure to pay fees matters dropped custody still hers

party takes child and hides him till he obtained custody even after he was denied 2x. Does the order that granted mother custody still apply. New case under different name by the party who was denied. GC 68634[G] CRC RULE 5;43 was applied to the 1st case yet opened new case under different name to obtain custody. No proof unfitness of mother judge granted full custody to other party with no factual evidence of harm or neglect of any kind. Judge has neglected every motion and pleading of mother with no response from other party. Judge granted custody on motion never served to mother.

A: You need to consult with an attorney. This sounds very complicated and confusing. I suspect you are unclear about what actually happened. Gather your paperwork and entire case file and bring it to an attorney to sort out what has happened and how it can be remedied.
