Q: A country club whose fiscal year is Oct. to Sept has a club minimum to spend at restaurant.

Restaurant only open 4 mos. Can they still hold to the club minimum?

A: I'm not actually sure what your question is, but it sounds like you have some type of contract that requires you to spend a set amount of money at the club yearly or you get some type of penalty. I suggest that you look at that contract for the answer. I would have no idea how to answer your question without reading the contract.
