Q: Car is out of inspection but is not being used and parked in my driveway but is still registered and insured.
Neighbor is upset is there any reason for me to worry about it being towed or me being fined?
A: Why should the neighbor care? If it's tagged and insured, you should be OK unless 1)you are in a condo development and have violated some HOA rule b) your township requires that vehicles be moved, not parked for a long time. Suggest you move it around--you'd want to to get the fluids moving through the car to keep the seals in good condition.
