Q: If I think my husbands death was in part due to his families incomplete knowledge of his medical history due to failure

I was not notified my husband was hospitalized until several hours after his death. His family chose to exclude me as we were estranged and they assumed divorcing. They put him on life support(against his spoken wishes to me). Estate has been probated yet I am treated as a hostile. I want to file wrongful death against family and hospital. Had his intimate medical history been made available by me he may have survived. Due to their negligence to inform me I was unable to provide insight to medical staff which could've potentially saved his life. I have suffered 3&1/2 years due to his death and abuse by his family. I live in AZ he passed in TX owned real property in OK. Probated in both states. Is this a viable case for action?

A: Looks to me like the statute of limitations is long gone. To be sure speak with a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers. For what it's worth, I don't know that they had a duty to include you though it would have been the moral/ethical/religious thing to do.
