Q: Tracy an only child and blind was kicked out of her mothers house and fraudulently/forgery done to life ins. HELP..

My friend whom I have know since the 6th grade lost her mother last year, and since then her uncle who was left as executor has taken all the money (1.5 or so) kicked her out of the home she had built for her and sold it as it was paid for ($500,000.00) and the icing on the cake is that he fraudulently/forgery had a few of the life insurance policies changed the beneficiary from my friend Tracy who is a only child and blind to himself and keep in mind that Tracy's mother was in a home had 4 strokes and 5 heart attacks and finally passed 2 months after the forgery was done. We found this out from the Life insurance company, who is now attempting to cover their butts. Is there anything we can do at this point? We need some serious help

A: You need to act swiftly to get your friend a competent probate or custodianship/ guardianship lawyer to start acting on her behalf immediately. The best advice I can give your friend is to get a good lawyer right away and to start taking action to hold the executor responsible for his misconduct.
