Q: I have custody of my 16yr old child who went to visit her fathers family in Ny who now refuses to send her back
Is trying to send her to live with his ex wife because my daughter doesn't get all the material things she gets when she visits her stepmother her fathers exwife in Florida can her father make legal arrangements for my daughter to live with her if he only has visitation if we both agree upon it?
A: No. If you have custody of your daughter and they are withholding her in violation of that custody order, you should contact the police to have her returned.
