Q: Moved to another state. He's refusing to pay increase in medical. I want more support, my pay has decreased

I just moved from corning ny to Jacksonville Florida. In order to move in had to take a decrease in support and pay for her to fly home. He will not pay anything else. He hides over 100,000 in cash on his income for the IRS. What can I do. Mt daughter is suffering because he torments us daily. While in NY he didn't see her for 4 months and never said goodbye to her. We lived 1 mile away from each other.
