Q: (Education) Suicides & Mental Health, do hotel chains sue families after a member takes their life in a hotel room?
With a recent group study and interview for victims of mental health, many of those I have interviewed brought up an ideal location for where the thought of committing suicide, the hotels. However they claim that it may leave a bigger burden to their families that their actions would take more away from them. According to the law and past cases, has there been any scenario where the family is sued or fine by the hotels?
