Q: 1yr contract w/ auto renewal. No notice received so 5-905 applies. Stayed for 2mths after ended. So now on a mth-to-mth?
The contract automatically renews for 1 more year. Initial term ended 6/30/2017 but needed to give 90 days notice if intend to vacate on that date. No reminder notice received prior to that date. Still in the apartment and have already paid for July and August rent at same rate as initial term, so are we now on a month-to-month rental or a new 1 year term ending 6/30/2018 ?
