Q: Child custody possible abandonment
My husband has a child with a woman and they were never married. She does not allow us to see him often. We recently found out that she left their son with her other children's father and disappeared for the last year without contact. That man will not allow us to see my husband's son either. What can we do to get custody or rights? Is this abandonment? Does the other man have more rights now than my husband?
