Q: My husband audio recorded an incident between us without my consent, we are going through a divorce and now his mother

...^is trying to take emergency guardanship of our infant daughter. Can she use the audio recording in our emergency hearing since she wasn't a party in the recording?

A: Probably, if her attorney knows how to get it introduced. Example would be to ask you questions about the argument. If you deny something that's on tape, he can use to impeach your testimony.
