Q: My dad married a woman way younger than me he just died she only has green card he left her executive of his will.she is

She is saying she's going to give my home of 44 yrs to the bank .I'm in the will but she won't give me lawyers name or any info can she do this I'm an only child. Will hasn't been read yet how do I keep her from taking my moms things and my personal things my mom died 20 yrs ago I'm hurting bad from this.please provide me any info. My dad said he only married her cause she got pregnant I believe 100% she set him up so she could take everything when he died my dad 72 she 33can she do things before this will is read and does she have right to hold info from me

A: If the Will is valid, she has to follow the will. You can challenge the will when it is filed with the court. If she doesn't file the will within a few months of your father's death, you can file a petition for letters of administration.
