Q: My dog was on a chain in my yard a little girl came in my yard and he jumped on her to play she said he bit her?

Her dad is my handy man who lives 2 houses down he told her to stay home but she didnt she walked in my yard my dog likes to play he jumped and scratched her. hes a rott she said he bit her so I got an unlawful ownership of a dangerous dog. Hes never bit any one. Is there any way I can fight this?
