Q: I filed for divorce in 2014. We reconciled in 15. Big Mistake. I need to ref file again. Married for 25yrs.Theres more.

He has always been controlling with his money. ever since his accident(Ptsd). To avoid divorcing me again. He left for Belize. We have a Paypal Acct with both our Bank accts info. I needed money even thou Im working Pt. He has gone crazy sending me emails of threathening me how hes going to take action. This is a man who will do it. I need counsel and start filing for divorce and obtain supposal support. Hes collecting Disabilty ( Denfense Base Act) From AIG.We reconciled before

the divorce went thru in 2015. So how can I be married for two years vs 25yrs?

A: If you got divorced in 2014, then this is a 2 year marriage.

Since you did divorce in 2014, you need to take the same steps again.
