Q: I have traffic court today an there's no way I can make it. What are my best options In dealing with this matter?

A: You should hire an attorney to appear in court for you and hopefully that attorney can prevent a warrant from being issued. At the very least, you should send someone to court to explain to the Judge why you were unable to make it to court. The only acceptable reason for not being in court is that you are currently in the hospital. Having to work is not an acceptable excuse for not making it to court because everyone has to work.
