Q: In ny a friend was charged with dwi BAC .08 or more & criminal possession of a weapon 4th degree. Will he escape prison?
This was his first dwi in new york state.He damaged a sign and some plants. He had an unregistered semi automatic handgun. Is it possible he will just get probation and not jail? Do concurrent crimes affect weapons charges?
