Vinita, OK asked in Family Law and Child Custody for Oklahoma

Q: Sleeping arrangements by Oklahoma law

My 2 year old and I left his dad back in January. I have him 20 nights a month. My ex husband gets him 10 nights a month. I moved in with my parents during the divorce, and my son and I share a room. I was a stay at home mom, and now I got a job, and am looking for apartments. Do I have to have a 2 bedroom. Or can we share a room?

A: Sharing a room with your 2 year-old son is OK, as long as you don't have overnight guests while he is there.
