Q: Friend's mom got behind in rent and currently in hospital. Landlord opened the house on July 31st @ 10:35 am.
Is that legal?,Today a note was posted at the door, to enter property tomorrow at 5pm. No mention of reason and who is coming.Mom
is the only one on the lease, can son represent her mother? Mother cannot give consent being too ill. I told the son to wait for landlord to file an eviction notice and fight it in court but he is not on the lease. What do we do?
