Once I Astablish Pertnity, will Child Support make me pay back Support for the two Years back?? Or make me start paying from the Date of it was astablished??
A: If the mother has not filed for child support already, and if she is not on public assistance, then the order should start with the date of filing and not be retroactive to the child's birth.
