Pay for yearly? Activities, insurance, lunches??

A: Sure, you can certainly compile a list but know that support orders in PA are calculated based on the parents' incomes and not what it costs to raise children. Sometimes, additional expenses can be added to an order. Those would, of course, include child care and possibly tuition and camp. Other expenses such as tutoring, sports like ice hockey, and dance lessons, which are often quite expensive, have been know to be added on. Make sure that your list is concise and not multiple pages long because you'll probably not get anywhere if you present a small novel to the court. Be sure to have clear and easily understood proof of the expenses you're claiming. If this is a contempt hearing for his failure to pay already ordered support, the court probably won't listen to your list of how expensive it is to raise a child because that's common knowledge and the amount of the order would not be at issue in the hearing, just his failure to pay it.
