Q: My ex is being random girls in/out of my sons life. If there any legal way for this to be stopped just when he has him?

A: To the extent that these random girls are contrary to your son's best interest, possibly. But it's a pretty tough argument to make. Courts generally aren't going to be interested in prohibiting contact with essentially unnamed people without cause. And how would such an order be enforced? Would you or an agent keep watch? Or would you tell your son to tell you if girls were around? Either approach could be problematic to you.

So long as this is a case of your ex having Becky over for dinner during his parenting time, and introduces her and treats her in front of your son as his friend, I'm not sure you'll find a way to stop it.

Obviously, if these visits by random girls involve your son witnessing sexual conduct, excessive drinking, drug use, other crimes, etc., that's a whole different story. The court would be interested to hear more about what's going on then.
