Q: A guy that works for a business that sales cars hit me driver side I don't have car insurance

I was driving home from the grocery store with my six month old. It was during rush hour and it was heavy traffic I guess he didn't see me while he was trying to cut through traffic.I was out of work because I just had a baby in February I couldn't afford car insurance. I go back to work later in September. my 6 month old was in the car at the time of the accident,i did go to the hospital he is fine. I just had whiplash and bruising on my forearms from the airbag.

A: You should seek the advice of one of the many law firms that specialize in auto accident recovery. But because you didn't have insurance, you wouldn't be able to recover anything under Mini-tort, and would likely be out of luck on recovering anything for damages to your car.
