Q: Can a father remove the child of his choice from the mother's home pending a divorce filing?

The father is guilty of adultery and the mother is filing for divorce on those grounds. The papers have not yet been filed but the father has taken the baby boy with him and left their daughter at home with the mother. He says he wants the baby boy and if she wants a divorce she can keep the little girl.
