A: Unless you have done something to endanger your children the affair does not matter. You and the father will "share" the children, either by agreement or pursuant to a court order.
A: Florida is a no-fault divorce state. The fact that you cheated on your husband has no relevance. He cannot take your kids away because you cheated on him. Don't let him bully you. Good luck!
