Q: My husband has no visitation but demands to see our child, what can I do?
My ex husband did not respond to the divorce where I requested full custody with no child support and no visitation either. The judge honored my requests as he did not respond. My ex husband disappears for weeks and does not keep in contact with our child or support him in anyway but will pop up randomly at my house whenever he feels like it demand that I let him see our child. He does not listen to me when I tell him he has to go to court and request visitation and refuses to do it. Is there any thing I can do to stop this from continuing? It is unhealthy for my son.
