Q: My apartment has been infested 3 times in a year with bedbugs the manager says then i need to move what do i do

The first time we got them they sent someone out to spray it did no good we had to throw everything away and treat them ourselves After the second time i was upset so when i told the manager she said well then maybe you should move.Now we have them again and i'm scared if i tell her she will kick us out.All four apartments in my fourplex have them because they never treated all of us so they keep going from apartment to apartment

A: You need to call your city inspector and have him write a code violation report. Also, go to the doctor and get treated for the sores. Take pictures of the bedbugs and of your person. Finally, talk to all your neighbors and ask them to complain to the health inspector. If you do not get any action by then. Contact a warranty of habitability attorney or bedbug attorney.
