Q: I was just in an auto accident in Michigan.
The other Driver was driving a company vehicle with a suspended license. He was arrested at the scene. I am on my way to urgent care to have them look me over for injuries. I would like to know my legal rights regarding suing the company in which the driver works for.
A: Contact a member of the Michigan Assn for Justice for the county where the crash happened. They give free consults. Do not give any statement to any company, even yours--tell them you aren't feeling good. Call the lawyer.
