Q: Will his child support decrease if my boyfriend and I have a child?
My boyfriend has 2 children from a previous marriage and is paying child support. I'm currently working full time and going to college. He and I both have ok paying jobs, nothing great but above minimum wage. If we have a child together will our new baby affect his child support payments to his children with his ex-wife? Also if we marry can my income be used in modifying his child support payments?
