Q: Can I rescind a agreement I made to pay back court error over payment of child support to me?
Our daughter turned 18 and order ended in May 2017. Was intimidated by my ex and the DRO into believing I have to pay him back. I since researched this situation and I WILL NOT pay this man back any money EVER! I was his victim of domestic abuse until I finally got courage to leave. I want the judge who knows our case to decide not the DRO. What is my next step? My ex is asking for $623.72 only because this is another way to control me and be connected to me.
