Philadelphia, PA asked in Child Support for Pennsylvania

Q: My support order is to be paid biweekly I lost my job and missed roughly 4-5 payments from July-Aug however still

Seen my kids still bought school clothes for all four of my children. I'm currently working again. As of 9/11/17 and I'm wage attached. However I have an enforcement hearing for the payments I didn't make...will I go to jail if I don't bring the 787 I owe?

A: Probably not. Since you now have a steadyy job with wages they can attach, which they have, then they may just increase the order some to collect more toward the arrears but it's unlikely you'll go to jail. If you can bring some money, it can't hurt.
