Q: I sold my house to a cash buyer . He deposit $100.00 to hold my property . In the meantime he is selling it to anothers

Buyer he brought papers for us sign ang ask him why I am dealing another person ? We are not done with our deal ,he put it on multiple listing , I did not put it list it to sell in mls, why are you asking me to sign another paper, he said our escrow will close faster at the same time. He mixing all papers to sign

Always have addendum.

He said he doesn't want to pay double tax.

I didn't sign the deed he is asking and the other buyer also want me to sign the deed to. It's been 6 months l loss from rental and now I am getting behind on my mortgage of my current house. He is suing me for not going to his deal and now he is suing me. Please help. Thank for your help.
