Q: Rock trucks pelleted my car with rocks, are they responsible for the repairs?
I was driving south and a truck carrying stone was driving north, when I went he went by me, rocks pelleted my car with stones and broke my windshield and damaged the hood.
A: They should acknowledge responsibility. However, if they do not, you would have to submit this to your own insurance, or, if you do not have adequate coverage, you would have to sue them.

You want to get estimates. Send them to his insurance.
If the rocks came from his truck you can claim he should pay. If they came from the road, it's not his fault if they come at you just because they are on the road.
If you have collision run it through your company and let them chase his company.
