San Jose, CA asked in Health Care Law, Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury

Q: I have been refused medical care repeatedly by Doctors and A Major Specialty Care Hospitals due to being on medical-cal

Medi-Cal, I have Medi-Cal insurance.

Medi-Cal is aware however they won't help.

Department Health Care Services supposedly says I have to STAY in my county for medical help. I live in Stanislaus County

I was seen and had a few different surgeries over the past and last visit 2015-1/25/17 in Manteca Ca, which is in San Joaquin County no problems however surgeon retired and I still am in need of medical care.

I have exhausted all avenues that is I am aware of, still can't get medical care.

Our county doesn't have free legal aid

Is anyone liable for anything here?

What can we do legally in this matter?
