Q: I am a public female citizen/civilian and was sexually harassed at my home by a county fireman. What should I do?

A uniformed fireman in his firetruck, flirted with me 2 days. Days later, he came by my home 2x's, in his uniform, unannounced/uninvited. He said he's interested in me sexually. I said "no, I'm not interested". He said he's married. I told him "No. (2nd time) I don't get involved with married men". He said the sex with his wife was "vanilla" that he just gets on top. I said "no" to his proposition (3rd time). A week later, he returned to my apartment door. He told me he liked to walk around naked & that he liked my wearing my robe,he thought I had nothing on under. I told him again that was inappropriate (4th time). He asked me if he could come inside my apartment & walk around in his underwear & have me watch him. I said "no". again, (5th time). He left. His behavior Is inappropriate on many accounts, is very upsetting for me & makes me feel unsafe. I filed a report with the Fire Chief who's investigating with their attorney. Women need to speak up teach men how to respect us.

A: Make a complaint to the Fire Dept. Request a Protective Order if you feel unsafe, since he knows your address. I am not certain that two incidents of him making a pass at you will constitute sexual harassment. You said no. He left. Get a consultation with a sexual harassment attorney for a more complete analysis.
